This internship is built for individuals who want real business exposure and execution-level experience, not observational learning. Interns at Lunaplex Growth contribute directly to sales, customer acquisition, market intelligence, and growth operations that impact real revenue outcomes.

You will work alongside experienced operators on live projects involving lead generation, outbound sales systems, market analysis, and performance tracking. The work is demanding, structured, and outcome-focused.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Sales and customer acquisition support

  • Data scraping, lead sourcing, and list validation

  • Market and business analysis for target industries

  • Cold outreach execution via emails and calls

  • Excel-based tracking, reporting, and analysis

  • Assisting in testing and optimizing growth workflows

Qualifications:

​

Applicants should have prior training or hands-on exposure in:

  • Sales or customer acquisition fundamentals

  • Data scraping / lead sourcing methods

  • Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis

  • Market or business analysis

  • Cold outreach techniques (calls and emails)

No Formal Training?

If you do not have formal training in these areas, you may enroll in the Lunaplex Growth Training Program, which covers all required skills in depth. After completing the training, candidates must pass a qualification test. Successful candidates become eligible for an interview, and those who excel may be offered a paid internship at Lunaplex Growth.

This internship is paid and performance-based. It is designed for individuals who are serious about building real skills and proving capability through execution—not for those looking for easy entry or guaranteed placement.
