All roles at Lunaplex Growth are commission-based. There is no fixed salary. Your earnings are directly tied to the projects you complete and the clients you close. The better you perform, the more you earn—there is no cap.

These roles are built for individuals who understand business fundamentals and are comfortable working in sales, client acquisition, growth execution, and revenue-driven projects. You will be involved in closing clients, managing deliverables, and contributing to outcomes that generate real revenue.

This is not a role for those seeking stability or guaranteed income. It is designed for professionals who want performance-based upside, ownership, and accountability.

Compensation Structure:

  • 100% commission-based

  • Earnings depend on project completion and successful client closures

  • No limits on income for high performers

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration (BBA or MBA)

  • Strong understanding of business, sales, and commercial decision-making

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results

  • Comfort with outcome-based evaluation

Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role is focused on lead conversion and client acquisition. You will handle qualified leads, conduct sales conversations, close deals, and move prospects through the pipeline. Your income depends entirely on the clients you close and the value of the projects secured. Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads. 2. Conduct sales calls and follow-ups 3. Close clients and hand over projects for execution 4. Maintain pipeline records and deal status Compensation: 100% commission-based Earnings scale with deal size and volume Requirement: BBA or MBA in Business Administration.

Managing Director

The Managing Director role is a revenue and operations leadership position. You are responsible for driving overall business growth, managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and scaling revenue streams. This role requires strong decision-making, accountability, and commercial ownership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead sales strategy and revenue growth 2. Manage high-value clients and partnerships 3. Oversee project delivery and performance 4. Ensure profitability and operational efficiency Compensation: 1. 100% commission-based, tied to overall business performance 2. High upside linked to revenue and project success Requirement: BBA or MBA in Business Administration

Business Coach

The Business Coach role focuses on client guidance, strategy, and performance improvement. You will work directly with founders and decision-makers to help them improve sales, customer acquisition, and business systems. Income is driven by retained clients, coaching engagements, and results delivered. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coach clients on sales, growth, and execution 2. Diagnose business problems and design action plans 3. Support implementation and track outcomes 4. Build long-term advisory relationships Compensation: 100% commission-based, dependent on client engagements and retention Requirement: BBA or MBA in Business Administration
